Duties and responsabilities

Manage, administer and execute AEI CYBERSECURITY responsabilities within EU funded projects.

Ensure timely production of EU projects¿ deliverables

Represent AEI CYBERSECURITY at Project meetings

Manage the financial aspects of the EU funded projects

Coordinate internal teamwork an engage Project members as necessary

Compete for new projects both from EC and other funding agencies

Monitor EU policy / legislative developments that are relevant for the association

Organize Events

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

Proven expertise in EU Project management. Proposal writing is a plus.

Master / Bachelor degree or equivalent

Understanding of EU Institutions¿ functioning. Policy analysis is a plus.

Fluent in English (writen and spoken). Minimum requirement level C1 or C2.

Excellent organizational skills and outstanding time management.

Outgoing and with strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Able to learn and take responsibility quickly and proactively

Able to work independntly and under pressure

Able to coordinate and supervise teamwork.

Diplomatic and able to reach consensus

Numerical and budgeting skills

Capacity and readiness to undertake administrative skills.

Work conditions:

The Project manager will be part of a Young, dynamic and growing team.

The office is located in Valladolid, but other localitations are possible.

Short missions abroad within the EU will be possible (less to 10% of time).

The salary package will be competitive and deped on the skills and level of experience.

The employment contract will be temporaly at the begining with excellents promotion possibilities.

Part time contract at the begining. (up to 50% of time).
